We’re looking for a Project Manager to join us on our continuous journey of true nourishment, helping with our refurbs and new builds.

The Role |

This role contributes to the success of wagamama by leading existing restaurant refurbishments and new restaurant development across the entire wagamama estate.

• Managing the day-to-day aspects of projects from initiation to completion
• Ensuring a well-defined strategic plan for new restaurant openings and refurbishments is implemented
• Managing all aspects of new restaurants and refurbishment programs to support wagamama’s growth
• Participating in the development of wagamama design objectives to meet company objectives of appearance, quality, quantity, and costs
• Preparing, communicating, and educating internal stakeholders and property teams on changes in policies and practices within wagamama
• Planning and managing new build processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with wagamama business goals and objectives
• Overseeing the creation of project development budgets for restaurant construction
• Identifying, assembling, and managing project resources to achieve objectives
• Leading planning of projects including a project plan with a schedule
• Capturing benefits and working with PMO

What We Look For |

• Significant experience in project management across the hospitality industry
• Experience of working within a distributed organization, ideally in the hospitality industry
• Experience of leading multi-disciplined teams, including managing external providers
