As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will work as an integral part of our architectural design team, collaborating closely with our town planning team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion.
From your first day, you will join our small and friendly architecture practice based in Greenwich, contributing to delivering exceptional design solutions for a variety of projects, including high-end refurbishments and new build housing schemes.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented Architectural Assistant with strong technical design abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for residential design.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential, along with a good understanding of town planning procedures, building regulations, and construction detailing. Experience in developing detailed tender and construction drawings, and coordinating with consultants and contractors through RIBA Stages 4 to 5, is also crucial.
We are a multidisciplinary practice combining architecture, planning, interior design, and urban design. We offer the breadth of expertise of a larger firm with the client focus of a smaller, flexible setup.
