Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:

• Produce technical designs and drawings within project timelines
• Undertake site visits and surveys to assess site conditions
• Take the lead on various projects from inception through to completion
• Manage a small team of more junior staff members to contribute to their professional development

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:

• BSC or HND within Architectural Technology
• Proficiency with Revit
• Significant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK Practice
• Experience working across all RIBA work stages
• Knowledge of MEP and Structural building systems and building regulations
• CIAT Registered would be desirable
• Experience leading projects within the residential sector
• Job Running experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Newcastle area
