Our client has an exciting opportunity for a committed and experienced individual to join their company as a full‑time, permanent Air Conditioning Service Engineer. You will be instrumental in servicing and maintaining a variety of air conditioning systems across their client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high‑quality reactive and planned maintenance services on various air conditioning systems, including VRF, splits, chillers, refrigeration equipment, and air handling units.
  • Conduct building fit‑outs and refurbishments as required.
  • Ensure all work complies with mechanical and electrical regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Identify and solve complex problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Work autonomously on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively as part of a larger team when necessary.
  • Accurately diagnose electrical faults in both mains power and control circuits.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and communication skills when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Required Experience & Qualifications (Essential)
  • Air Conditioning Service Engineer: 3 years minimum
  • Maintenance Engineer: 1 year minimum
  • Valid CSCS / FGAS Certification
  • City & Guilds 6187-21 – Hydrocarbon Refrigerants
  • NVQ Level 2 Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
  • FGAS
  • Proven experience in the field
  • A clean, valid UK driving license (held for at least 1 year)
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 25% preferred)
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Presentable, confident, and a good communicator
Desirable Qualifications (Beneficial)
  • IPAF Certification
  • PASMA Certification
  • NVQ Level 3 Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of electrical testing and fault diagnosis
