Executive Assistant – Legal Executive Search – City

Are you an Executive Assistant with experience of the recruitment industry?

I am looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join a small boutique legal headhunting firm based in the City. If you’re someone with a keen eye for detail, have outstanding organisational skills, who “gets” the recruitment or legal industries and want to work directly with a friendly, fee earning MD, this might be the role you’ve been looking for.

Key responsibilities include:

Formatting CVs in house style
Uploading CVs to law firm client portals and maintaining a spreadsheet of login details
Developing and managing the knowhow library – strong research and writing skills are a must
Scheduling diaries and arranging meetings with clients and interviews with candidates
Maintaining databases and spreadsheets related to live vacancies across numerous top tier law firms
Assisting in setting up an AI scraper to streamline database maintenance and track live vacancies
Mapping the market – with the MD’s coaching, you’ll learn how to map specific legal practice areas and search for potential candidates
Helping with LinkedIn social media campaigns and executing LinkedIn messaging/candidate origination campaigns as directed
