A leading legal firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their Real Estate team. In this role, you will perform various administrative tasks, including file maintenance, diary management, and handling client correspondence. Our Real Estate team provides a complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of commercial property to an excellent and diverse client base. This role is an opportunity to join an innovative and high performing, busy team. Our focus is on delivering a first class client service. Our clients range from major retailers, leisure operators, regional developers, local authorities and universities. We use bespoke case management systems to ensure that all documents are accurate and consistent, and our procedures are followed and deadlines met.
We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join our team in Newcastle.
As an Administration Assistant you will work as part of a team, assisting with all aspects of administration in accordance with the instructions from Fee Earners in the team.
