Under the supervision of the Head of Sales Europe, and in collaboration with the Sales team, you will:
Support the sourcing of beauty products for the German boxes in line with each month’s theme, helping select innovative, high-quality items our subscribers will love.
Spot and approach new German beauty brands to initiate exciting collaborations.
Contribute to the preparation of B2B materials (media kits, case studies, presentations) that showcase our added value and offer tailored solutions to beauty partners.
Coordinate operational follow-up with internal teams (logistics, product, marketing) and help ensure smooth execution of brand collaborations.

You are business fluent in German (native or near-native) and comfortable communicating in English or French.
You have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with others, and are curious about the beauty industry.
You’re organized, motivated, and eager to learn from a fast-paced, creative environment.
You have a hands-on attitude and want to gain experience in sales, partnerships, or marketing.
Previous experience or a strong interest in beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands is a plus!
You are currently enrolled in a Business / Marketing / Communication school or university, ideally with a focus on international business, beauty, or media.
