In this role, you will be the first point of contact for external clients needing assistance with IT-related issues. You should possess strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset. Key responsibilities include assisting clients via phone and email, troubleshooting various IT issues, and maintaining documentation in the ticketing system.   • Assist clients with IT issues via email and phone.

Job Requirements

  • You will talk with clients (via email and phone) to help solve IT issues: account password resets, Internet connectivity issues, emailing options, etc.
  • You will log in remotely to clients\' computers to resolve software issues
  • You will document issues daily into the ticketing system
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software and network related issues
  • Escalating problems to the next level of support when necessary
