Votre contribution au succès de Prysmian :

Nous recherchons un Spécialiste en Logistique, Entrepôt et Transport pour rejoindre notre usine à Gron.

Assurez-vous que toutes les étapes sont conformes au calendrier prévisionnel et respectent les délais. Coordonnez avec les responsables pour résoudre toute divergence et garantir une livraison ponctuelle aux clients.

Anticipez les besoins en Produits Finis et Tourets, contribuant ainsi au respect des délais et à l'amélioration des flux.

Votre contribution au succès de Prysmian :

• Assurez-vous que toutes les étapes sont conformes au calendrier prévisionnel et respectent les délais.

• Coordonnez avec les responsables pour résoudre toute divergence et garantir une livraison ponctuelle aux clients.

• Anticipez les besoins en Produits Finis et Tourets, contribuant ainsi au respect des délais et à l'amélioration des flux.

• Supervisez le carnet de commandes et le planning de production.

• Interfacez avec les partenaires logistiques, Testing, Production, Business et Transporteurs.

• Vérifiez et coordonnez l'approvisionnement des tourets vides et la conformité aux prévisions.

• Planifiez les plannings de chargement et les prévisions d'activité, y compris les réservations de camions et de grues.

• Assurez la conformité aux réglementations (douane, import-export, sécurité) et aux incoterms.

• Analysez les défaillances et proposez des améliorations.

• Définissez la Politique Documentaire et améliorez le service (rédigez des procédures, développez des tableaux de bord).

• Surveillez les coûts du projet et mettez en œuvre des actions correctives.

• Respectez les conditions de commande des clients et les délais.

Vous êtes le candidat idéal si vous avez :

• Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français

• Diplôme / Baccalauréat

• 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie, le secteur logistique

• Bonnes compétences en communication

• Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, orientation vers les objectifs, avec une capacité à gérer correctement les priorités en coordination avec la direction.

• Capacité d'apprentissage rapide et engagement personnel

Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:

We are looking for a Logistics Warehouse & Transportation Specialist to join our plant in Gron

• Ensure all steps align with the forecast schedule and meet deadlines. Coordinate with managers to address any discrepancies and ensure timely delivery to customers.

• Anticipate needs for Finished Products and Reels, contributing to meeting deadlines and improving workflow.

Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:

• Oversee order book and production schedule.

• Interface with logistics partners, Testing, Production, Business, and Transporters.

• Verify and coordinate supply of empty reels and compliance with forecasts.

• Plan loading schedules and forecast activity, including truck and crane reservations

• Ensure compliance with regulations (customs, import-export, safety) and incoterms.

• Analyze failures and propose improvements.

• Define Documentary Policy and enhance service (write procedures, develop dashboards).

• M onitor project costs and implement corrective actions.

• Comply with customer order conditions and deadlines.

You are the right fit if you have/are:

• Fluent in English and French

• Degree / Baccalaureate

• 2/5 years experience in industry, logistics sector

• Good communication skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, target orientation, with attitude to manage properly priorities in coordination with Management.

• Attitude to fast learning and self-commitment
