Job summary
An international customer support team is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative fluent in Spanish and English. In this role, you will handle customer requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist customers with purchases. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of experience in BPO and possess strong problem-solving skills. This position offers a salary of 1700 EUR gross per month and potential for a hybrid work model after 6 months.

We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative (Spanish + English) to join our international team in Bulgaria. - Handle inbound and outbound requests via phone, email, chat, and webform from end consumers and CAT’s retailers.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions effectively.
- Assist customers with spare parts search and purchases.
- Deliver accurate information and ensure every customer feels supported and valued.
- Spanish – C1 | English – C1 (Both languages at an advanced level are required).
- Customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in BPO or experience with US customers.
- Salary: 1700 EUR Gross per month.
- Access structured onboarding and ongoing skill development.
- Potential for a Hybrid work model after 6 months, based on performance.
- Relocation assistance is available.
