Overview
As the business leader, responsible for driving the business shift across online and offline channels to manage sales and profits (P&L) to meet the approved budget and targets.
Responsibilities
Produce local business plans aligned with management to share clear short-, mid-, and long-term visions, and to improve and develop the regional business and execute the action plan.
Be responsible for P&L and cost/expenses, monitor business trends, income/outcome status, and cash flow position/forecast to meet the budget and forecast (revision) plan.
Enhance company culture and coach the leadership team toward becoming true business partners; build a strong regional organization, prioritize functions, and evaluate the team to realize and execute the business plan toward the regional goal.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in regional management in consumer goods, retail, or luxury industries.
Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
