A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Customer Service Specialist based in Rennes, France. The ideal candidate will have excellent French and very good English communication skills, with prior experience in customer service, preferably within a premium or luxury setting. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, troubleshooting issues, and managing customer interactions professionally.
