Team: Edge Processing | Microcontrollers, Application Processors & Networking Controllers

NXP Semiconductors is looking for an experienced product marketing professional to lead and expand the security technology pillar across our edge processing portfolio. This includes microcontrollers, application processors, and networking controllers used in IoT and Industrial applications.

In this strategic and cross-functional role, you’ll shape the vision for edge security, helping customers meet emerging cybersecurity regulations, protect AI/ML applications, and build resilience in a dynamic threat landscape.

Your Mission

As a product marketing lead, you will:

• Define and drive the security value proposition across NXP’s edge portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver scalable, easy-to-use security solutions.
• Support equipment manufacturers and system integrators in achieving compliance and innovation goals.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Roadmap

• Define security requirements across market segments and translate them into IC, software, services, and tools.
• Build and own product security roadmaps for NXP’s MCU/MPU portfolio.
• Support R&D and CTO in developing scalable security platforms.

Product & Ecosystem Development

• Guide product managers in selecting the right security platforms and building business cases.
• Define system-level security offerings beyond OEM equipment.
• Expand NXP’s security ecosystem and develop strategic partnerships.

Market & Customer Engagement

• Conduct competitive analysis and develop positioning materials.
• Support sales and marketing in customer engagements and drive success.
• Deliver marketing content and collaborate with MarCom on web and campaign assets.

Thought Leadership & Communication

• Define and execute MarCom plans.
• Represent NXP at conferences, webinars, and press events.
• Create blogs, articles, and thought leadership content to reinforce NXP’s leadership in security.

Candidate Profile Education & Experience

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MBA is a plus).
• 10+ years in Marketing, Product Management, or Business Development.
• Proven experience in semiconductors, especially microcontrollers/microprocessors.
• Strong background in embedded security technologies.

Skills & Attributes

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to simplify complex topics.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders from engineers to executives.
• Fluent in English.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and impact-oriented.
