Lefty is an influencer marketing platform that empowers brands to optimize their strategy and automate their workflows. We help brands and agencies run top-performing influencer programs end-to-end: from talent discovery & qualification to relationship management, automated campaign reporting, performance measurement and competitive benchmarking.
The world’s most prestigious Luxury and Lifestyle brands trust Lefty. We partner with Chanel, Dior, H&M, Sephora and many more, helping them maximize their influencer insights and elevate audience brand experiences worldwide.
We’re growing fast in a booming market that keeps reinventing itself. Our goal is to triple our revenue and grow our Product & Tech teams in the next 5 years. That means plenty of room to grow, learn and make your mark.
On the product side the challenges are as exciting as they are complex: AI‑driven data at scale, multi‑interface user journeys, third‑party integrations, collaborative workflows and payment systems. If you love solving tough problems and shaping elegant experiences, Lefty is the place to do it.
We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Product team and take ownership of all product communication, user education copy and customer‑facing features.
Bridge product marketing and user needs. You’ll own product communication end‑to‑end: documentation, messaging, onboarding, release notes while contributing directly to the delivery of user‑facing features: 50% product communication & user education, 50% feature definition & UX delivery.
You’ll join an agile, ambitious team with a strong product & engineering culture. To succeed you’ll need to understand user needs deeply, translate complex concepts into simple messages and work closely with designers, developers, CSM and marketing.
Lead all product communication: write and maintain Help Center documentation, release notes, user manuals, onboarding sequences and product guides.
Design and maintain all product‑facing and marketing‑facing messaging from in‑app experiences (tooltips, empty states, onboarding contextual guidance) to website product content, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with product evolutions while coordinating with Marketing on external communication (newsletters, product updates, Mailchimp campaigns, Intercom messaging).
Manage product education: ensure the Help Center stays accurate and high‑quality, produce ad‑hoc documentation and support marketing with product copywriting.
Coordinate and run beta tests and drive user engagement: recruit users, gather feedback, follow adoption and synthesize insights for product and CSM teams. Organize workshops, testimonials, beta cohorts and continuously improve product adoption flows.
Help shape front‑UX features: collaborate with designers and developers, write clear and actionable functional specs and support end‑to‑end feature delivery.
Participate in product initiatives from A to Z: scoping, functional definition, delivery, testing, communication and impact measurement.
Design and improve in‑app product messaging: empty states, tooltips, onboarding, contextual guidance.
Analyze user behavior with product tools (Posthog, GA) and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
Support internal teams: provide training or demos on new features, co‑lead internal or external product presentations and assist AM/AE teams when needed.
Send us:

- A short description of a user‑facing feature you helped define: context, your role, key decisions and results
- A note on how you approach product communication & content quality, including website content and user education
