Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking French-speaking talents for the position of Operations Customer Expert in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be responsible for responding to customer requests, managing support tickets, and conducting outbound calls to enhance customer experience. - Respond to customer requests via email, chat, and calls.
- Handle support tickets related to various customer queries.
- Conduct outbound calls to improve customer communication.

Skills
Position: Operations Customer Expert
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Market: French-Speaking
As part of the Customer Service Operations team, you will:
- Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
- Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
- Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
- Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
- Provide operational feedback and elevate cases when needed
Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,040 / month
Includes:
- Base salary
- Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances
- Meal allowance (7 per working day)
- Apartment benefit-in-kind (200 declared on payslip, tax-free until 31/12/2026)
- Health insurance from day one
- Potential productivity bonus (performance-based)
Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,240.00 / month
Includes:
- Higher base salary (no apartment benefit)
- Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances
- Meal allowance
- Health insurance from day one
- Potential productivity bonus (performance-based)
- Schedule: 8 hours/day
- Training content includes system onboarding, customer management, product training & on-the-job practice
- Training allowance: 42.72 per day
- Payment is made only if training is fully completed
- 40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break
- 22 vacation days per year
- French holidays apply
- If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation day
- Office located near Oriente / Moscavide stations (easy access by metro, bus, train)
