A technology firm is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team while ensuring timely project delivery and smooth partner integrations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in engineering management, a solid understanding of blockchain systems, and excellent communication skills. Engineering Manager - Intent-Based Cross-Chain Infrastructure
Location: Remote
Compensation : $180K - $200K
We are building programmable, intent-based infrastructure on a leading Layer 1 protocol, making blockchain interactions smoother, smarter, and more composable. Our work enables intent-driven execution across chains, requiring high-velocity technical delivery and strong team leadership. We are seeking an Engineering Manager to accelerate execution across projects, partner integrations, and cross-team initiatives.
This role is focused on making things happen : ensuring technical projects are delivered on time, partner integrations run smoothly, and internal teams are fully aligned. You will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team while owning technical guidance, reliability management, and strategic process implementation.
