• Determine pricing strategies to maximize ROI for acquired properties and manage turnaround times for dispositions
• Collaborate with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing decisions and overall construction strategy
• Accurately value properties across the entire U.S. and ensure all valuations meet quality standards
• Meet turnaround objectives for valuations to minimize time properties spend on the market
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively to support company goals

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property valuations/underwriting
• Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new technology
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Experience in a high-volume real estate investment environment
• Knowledge of market trends and property valuation techniques
• Familiarity with construction processes related to property renovations
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various departments
