Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience and strong communication skills. Connaissances
We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native‑level French and strong cold‑calling experience to join an international tech‑driven sales environment. This is a full‑time fully remote position offering a competitive base salary, performance bonus and long‑term career stability.
In this role you will :
- Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify and engage business leads
- Apply structured business development and lead generation methodologies
- Build and manage a consistent and high‑quality sales pipeline
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales performance targets
- Native‑level French (mandatory) and fluent English
- Minimum 2 years of B2B cold‑calling sales experience
- Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation and qualification
- Experience in tech SaaS or digital advertising is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with a results‑driven and autonomous mindset
- Full‑time contract Monday to Friday (09:00 – 18:00)
- Fully remote role (based in Bulgaria)
- Gross monthly salary: 3600 BGN
- Quarterly performance bonus: up to 2000 BGN
- Company‑paid accommodation for the first 10 days or more
- Assistance in finding long‑term housing
- Possibility of salary advance if needed
- Low cost of living: fully furnished apartments of at least 60 m² from around 200 EUR / month
