The Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Partner to help us expand our footprint in the US, Switzerland, UK, and UAE markets.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 job. You have total freedom over your schedule, your methods, and your location. Your goal is simple : Identify companies struggling with their financial reporting and introduce them to Purple Bean’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation : Identify and reach out to Seed / Series A Founders, CFOs, or Finance Directors who need to automate their reporting or prepare for fundraising.
  • Relationship Management : Act as the first point of contact, qualifying leads to ensure they are a fit for our high-end consulting services.
  • Deal Closing : Facilitate introductions between the prospect and our technical team to close project-based or retainer contracts.
The Ideal Partner
  • The Networker : You already have access to business owners, startup founders, or executive circles in tech-heavy hubs (Dubai, Zurich, London, NYC, etc.).
  • The Connector : You understand the "language" of business. You don't need to be a Power BI expert, but you must understand the value of automated finance.
  • The Hunter : You are comfortable with outbound outreach, LinkedIn networking, and "door-opening."
  • Professionalism : You represent the Purple Bean brand with the highest level of integrity and professional polish.
Compensation & Perks
  • Uncapped Commissions : Earn a generous percentage (X%) of the total contract value for every client you bring in.
  • High Ticket Value : With project prices starting at €3,500, your per-lead payout is significant.
  • Recurring Income : If you secure a recurring monthly retainer client, you receive a commission for every month the client stays with us.
