B2B Digital Sales Specialist (French & English) Fully Remote (Bulgaria)

We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native‑level French and strong cold‑calling experience to join an international tech‑driven sales environment. This is a full‑time fully remote position offering a competitive base salary, performance bonus and long‑term career stability.

Role Overview

In this role you will :

  • Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify and engage business leads
  • Apply structured business development and lead generation methodologies
  • Build and manage a consistent and high‑quality sales pipeline
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales performance targets
Requirements
  • Native‑level French (mandatory) and fluent English
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B cold‑calling sales experience
  • Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation and qualification
  • Experience in tech SaaS or digital advertising is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills with a results‑driven and autonomous mindset
What We Offer
  • Full‑time contract Monday to Friday (09:00 – 18:00)
  • Fully remote role (based in Bulgaria)
  • Gross monthly salary: 3600 BGN
  • Quarterly performance bonus: up to 2000 BGN
Relocation support including :
  • Company‑paid accommodation for the first 10 days or more
  • Assistance in finding long‑term housing
  • Possibility of salary advance if needed
  • Low cost of living: fully furnished apartments of at least 60 m² from around 200 EUR / month
