As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers across various channels — phone, email, chat, and social media. Your mission? Deliver top-notch service, solve problems, and leave customers feeling supported and valued.

• Help customers with orders, questions, and tech issues
• Engage across multiple communication channels
• Tailor your tone and approach to match brand guidelines
