Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Representative: Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Content Moderator: Monitor and review user-generated content across digital platforms, ensuring it complies with company guidelines and community standards. Flag inappropriate content and take action when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: German (C2 level) and intermediate English (B2 level).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • EU Citizenship or Working VISA.
  • Willingness to relocate.
