Job summary
A leading global beauty company is seeking a Head of Retail Outlets for the DACH region. This role involves driving outlet performance, managing P&L, developing promotional plans, and leading retail operations. Qualifications

- Strategic & Economic Management : Drive outlet performance by strategizing contributions, managing P&L, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Promotional Planning : Develop impactful promotional plans aligned with product availability, integrating L’Oréal’s social causes and sustainability initiatives.
- Retail Performance & Operations : Monitor KPIs, optimize retail operations, and ensure seamless execution of marketing, merchandising, and operational strategies.
- Supply Chain & Inventory : Oversee supply chain operations, manage inventory efficiently, and ensure alignment with sustainability goals.
- People Management : Lead, recruit, and develop outlet teams, fostering a high-performing and customer-focused environment.
