BCS BUS Account Executive, BCS Travel B.V. — Full-time Remote

Starting salary from $78,000/year with performance-based bonuses, commission opportunities, and quarterly incentives.

Responsibilities
  • Client Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key clients including corporate, private, and high-value accounts; tailor group travel solutions to their needs.
  • Proactive Engagement: Anticipate client requirements by tracking upcoming events and corporate travel cycles to propose new offerings.
  • Client Retention & Satisfaction: Deliver high-touch service, oversee follow-ups, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement of the client experience.
  • Sales & Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Travel Planning & Design: Plan and deliver tailored group itineraries for events, tours, or VIP travel.
  • Pricing & Proposal Creation: Work with finance and operations to ensure profitable yet competitive pricing.
  • Destination & Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and trending destinations.
  • Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Liaise with partner vendors to enhance itineraries and secure preferential rates.
  • New Client Development & Sales: Prospect and outreach to potential clients; participate in networking at trade shows, conferences, and events; build relationships to expand BCS Bus's reach.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 3-5+ years in travel planning, account management, or sales
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in group travel, luxury bus charters, or transportation is a strong plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with group travel, charter logistics, and relevant booking platforms or CRMs
  • Knowledge of GDS and travel tech tools is a bonus
