Position: Workday HCM Time and Absence Expert Location: Europe (Remote)Contract Type: Long-term ContractLanguage Requirement: FrenchAbout the Role:Our client is looking for an experienced Workday HCM Time and Absence Expert to join our HR technology team. The candidate will be responsible for the configuration, support, and optimization of the Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules according to business requirements.Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to implement changes and enhancements.Provide expertise and advice on time and absence policies, including compliance with local labor laws.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time and absence functionality.Support Workday upgrades and testing for time and absence features.Document configurations, processes, and user guides in French and English.Deliver training and support to end-users and HR stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience:Strong experience in Workday HCM Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.Knowledge of local European labor laws and regulations related to time and absence.Proven ability to configure complex time and absence rules and policies.Fluent French (mandatory) with strong communication skills in both French and English.Experience working in a remote environment across European time zones.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Desirable:Workday Time and Absence certification(s).Experience in multinational companies with diverse HR policies.Familiarity with integration points related to time and absence data.
