Job summary
A global beauty brand is seeking a Field Sales Manager with a strong focus on the Sephora account to drive growth across France and Europe. This remote position requires at least 5 years of sales experience in the beauty sector and fluency in French and English. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, leading educational initiatives, and collaborating with retail partners. Frequent travel across France is expected, providing opportunities to represent and promote the brand effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the beauty industry.
- Fluency in both French and English required.
- Experience with Sephora account is essential.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and strengthen brand presence.
- Conduct visits to key stores to ensure brand execution.
- Implement strategic sales plans and promotional programs.
- Deliver engaging training sessions for product knowledge.
- Lead and motivate a team of Beauty Consultants.
