Job summary
A technology-driven company is seeking a Public Policy AI Trainer to leverage expertise in public policy and language mastery for training AI models. The role is remote and requires native-level fluency in French and strong English communication skills. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a related field and significant experience in public policy. The position is a contract with a commitment of 20 hours per week for two months.

Role Overview: Public Policy AI Trainer – Contract, Remote. Commitment: 20 hours per week, Duration: 2 months. Leverage your public policy expertise and language mastery to train cutting-edge AI models in the public policy domain.
- Translate and adapt complex policy frameworks into structured rubrics for AI training.
- Write fluently in both French and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression.
- Provide cultural and policy insights unique to the public in France.
- Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in French with strong written and spoken English.
- Degree in policy, political science, sociology, or similar field.
- 2–6+ years of experience in politics, public policy, think tanks, etc.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
- Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
