1. Processing purchase invoices and general expenses (for international companies)
2. Managing supplier follow-ups
3. Collaborating with the purchasing department to ensure proper procedures and handle disputes
4. Controlling allocations and account reconciliation for suppliers
5. Participating actively in the implementation of supplier invoice dematerialization
6. Contributing to closing activities: analysis of receivable invoices

Higher education in accounting with at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar role. Ideally familiar with SAGE 1000 software and proficient in office tools, especially Excel.

You can handle high volumes in accounts payable and want to strengthen your experience in a comprehensive role.

You enjoy teamwork. You are rigorous, dynamic, and proactive.

• Work hours: 40 hours/week
• Salary: €29K-€32K annually (13 months)
