🌊 About the role

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Authorized Person (SAP) to support onshore wind commissioning activities on offshore substations (OSS) and associated HV systems.

You will play a key role in ensuring safe switching operations, electrical isolations, and compliance with strict HSE and electrical safety procedures during commissioning and energisation phases.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Act as Senior Authorized Person (SAP) on HV systems (typically 33 kV up to 225 kV, project dependent)
• Plan and execute safe switching operations, isolations, LOTO, energisation and de-energisation
• Support HV commissioning activities on offshore substations and wind farm assets
• Ensure compliance with project HSE rules, RAMS, PTW and electrical safety procedures
• Coordinate contractors and interfaces during commissioning activities
• Participate in daily site meetings and provide operational reporting
• Support fault finding, testing and handover activities

👤 Profile Required

• Proven experience as Senior Authorized Person (SAP) or Authorized Person (AP) on HV systems
• Strong background in onshore wind, or HV commissioning projects
• Experience with HV switching, isolations and LOTO
• Exposure to voltage levels from 33 kV upwards (66 kV / 132 kV / 225 kV depending on project)
• Solid understanding of HSE and electrical safety regulations
• Valid GWO Basic Safety Training (incl. Sea Survival)
• Offshore medical certificate
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)

⭐ Nice to have

• SAP experience on higher voltage levels (132–225 kV)
• Previous roles as Commissioning Lead or HV Technician
• Knowledge of international offshore projects
