You will join one of our feature teams and work closely with its members as a Senior Tech Lead Manager to support and participate in the development, deployment, and maintenance of our features. You will ensure all the collaborators of the team are aligned with the team goals and Happydemics global vision.

Your missions

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable services ensuring high performance and availability.
2. Follow the team DORA metrics and drive the members' processes and tools to maintain a fast-paced environment that allows Happydemics to bring value to our clients at a safe and regular pace.
3. Share the global vision and strategy with the team members to make sure everyone is onboard and working in the right direction.
4. Follow your team members on a daily basis to ensure everyone has everything they need and help them succeed at Happydemics.
5. Drive the SCRUM and tech processes/meetings to maintain a frictionless environment that allows everyone to deliver features and updates in a fast, safe, and consistent manner.
6. Collaborate with the members from other squads to handle properly cross-squad developments and maintain a good level of collaboration.
7. In collaboration with the Product Manager of the team, be in charge of the delivery of the team on a sprint basis and with a quarterly vision.
