A leading technology company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the recruitment lifecycle efficiently. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and promoting diversity initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in full-cycle recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills, and a relevant degree in Human Resources. As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Thales AMEWA, your main responsibility is to fill roles efficiently by providing expert advice and guidance to hiring managers and candidates, based on industry best practice and market insights. You own the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring quality, candidate & stakeholders experience, and inclusion are central throughout.
