Job summary
L'Agence Française de Développement recherche un spécialiste de la conformité pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique. Le candidat participera à l'analyse des risques de conformité en effectuant des diligences, en améliorant les outils internes et en contribuant à une mission alignée sur le développement social et économique. Le poste exige un diplôme pertinent et des compétences analytiques solides, tout en offrant une opportunité de développement personnel dans un environnement riche.
Qualifications
- Diplôme en conformité, droit bancaire ou en droit criminel.
- Compétences analytiques et rédactionnelles excellentes.
- Sens élevé de la rigueur et de la discrétion.
Responsibilities
- Participer à la diligence de conformité (KYC, réputation).
- Analyser les risques de conformité durant les évaluations de projet.
- Améliorer les outils et l'organisation.

What will be your role?
The candidate will join the DCO/COP Division responsible for the Group's operational compliance, contributing to its missions: participating in reporting and improving management tools, drafting reports, conducting compliance diligence (KYC, reputation, negative press, etc.), analyzing compliance risks, especially during project assessments, and improving organization and tools.
Who are we looking for?
This position requires:
- An university degree relevant to Compliance topics, preferably a legal profile with specialization in banking and financial law or business criminal law.
- Excellent analysis and writing skills.
- Volunteering spirit.
- High rigor and discretion.
- Good communication skills and a sense of discretion.
- Great adaptability.
