In this role, you'll be responsible for editing and optimizing ad creatives that captivate audiences and drive engagement across digital platforms.
- Create, edit, and optimize ad creatives for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to drive engagement and conversions.
- Work with a large library of UGC ads and photos to create new ads, and use platforms like Creative OS to enhance effectiveness.
- Conduct competitor market research and bring a creative, strategic approach to the role.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven experience as a video editor or creative editor, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Highly creative with a strong eye for brand aesthetics and artistic detail to make the brand look polished and professional.
- Excellent understanding of what resonates with audiences across different platforms.
- Strategic thinker who can combine creativity with data to improve performance.
- Able to deliver content quickly while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
