Category Director Home Care Europe - Your future position?
As Category Director Home Care at our European Creative Centre for Consumer Products Fragranc-es, you will lead the development and implementation of the regional home care category structure and plan in order to drive business growth. Reporting to the Creative Centre Director Europe, you will be expected to deliver on:
Develop and implement the regional category strategic plan via a holistic involvement of all func-tions of the team (Evaluation, Consumer Insights and Marketing) and Perfumers
Responsible for establishing and executing category strategic initiatives
Facilitating the efficient management of the Development workload including realizing of Brief Segmentation guidelines and mind set
Assessment of performance and improvement in ways of working
Collaborate with commercial teams to identify, interpret business needs and objectives
Overall responsibility for professional development including pipeline build, talent / experience development
You?
Your professional profile includes:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years’ cross-functional experience in the fragrance industry
Experience in Fragrance Brief Management on a Sales or Evaluation role
Deep knowledge of the home care category
Fluency in English
Ability to build networks, to achieve results through influence, to work effectively in a matrix en-vironment
Multifunctional and cross-cultural experience within an international environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to think strategically and ability to translate strategies into tangible deliverables
Project management and focus on implementation
