Founded in 2021 by Eva and Solène, two sisters diagnosed with PCOS, SOVA was born from frustration with the lack of solutions available. Today, we are transforming that frustration into action. With +200% growth in the past year, scaling from €1M to €3M in profitable revenue, we are now targeting €10M in 2026 with a major international expansion.
SOVA develops high-quality supplements in collaboration with leading experts, trusted and recommended by healthcare professionals.
We are looking for a full time role, 39h/week. Start date: as soon as possible.

YOUR ROLE
Your mission?
- Build SOVA into a standout brand and a must-follow media in women’s health — while treating communication as a true growth lever.
- Communications Lead (Full-time), you will own SOVA’s communications across social media, influencer/affiliate partnerships, and flagship media channels (Podcast + YouTube). You’ll craft narratives, create and run campaigns, and ensure SOVA shows up with a strong, consistent voice — while staying culturally sharp and performance-aware.
- This role is equal parts creative lead, editor-in-chief, and campaign builder. Most importantly, you believe communication isn’t “content for content’s sake”: it’s here to drive awareness, trust, and ultimately growth. You’ll be expected to measure what you do, understand what moves the needle, and iterate accordingly.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Social Media (core of the role)
- Own SOVA’s social strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and community growth
- Define the editorial vision: pillars, recurring series, tone of voice, formats, calendar, publishing rhythm
- Create and/or lead production of high-performing content (briefs, scripts, hooks, captions, storylines)
- Turn trends into SOVA-native content — without losing credibility or brand consistency
- Raise the bar on storytelling, pacing, clarity, and consistency across every post
2) Influencer, Affiliate & Advocacy Network (2nd core of the role)
- Build and scale our network of creators, influencers, affiliates, ambassadors and key advocates
- Lead sourcing, outreach, relationship management, campaign briefs, and content validation
- Develop a clear strategy: who we partner with, why, what content we need, and how it ladders up to brand goals
- Track creator performance and continuously improve the program
3) Podcast & YouTube (media-first strategy)
- Own the content strategy for Podcast and YouTube to make SOVA the go-to media in women’s health
- Define topics, concepts, angles, narrative structures, guests, and programming
- Build a distribution system: each episode becomes a content engine (clips, highlights, multi-format repurposing)
- Collaborate with the team/partners to ensure production quality and on-brand storytelling
4) Brand Campaigns (cross-channel + IRL activations)
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns from A to Z — concept, messaging, creative direction, rollout, iteration
- Lead offline/IRL activations when relevant: street marketing, community moments, partnerships, stunts, events
- Make sure campaigns translate into strong social storytelling and media amplification
5) PR, Partnerships & Brand Visibility
- Identify PR angles and partnership opportunities that build reach and authority
- Support PR outreach, collaborations, and brand moments (events, co-marketing, founder visibility)
- Help position SOVA as a credible leader in women’s health (digital-first, expert-backed)
6) International Mindset & Scaling the Brand
- Adapt narratives and content for international audiences while protecting the brand voice
- Build playbooks that scale across markets (what stays global vs. what gets localized)
- Stay ahead of cultural and platform shifts across key European markets
7) Measurement, Impact & Iteration (growth-minded comms)
- Define success metrics for each initiative and measure impact consistently (reach, retention, saves/shares, sentiment, creator performance, traffic, assisted conversions, etc.)
- Connect communication efforts to business outcomes: pipeline, revenue impact, and growth signals
- Turn learnings into action: test, iterate, scale what works, and cut what doesn’t
- Build lightweight reporting that keeps the team aligned on what’s driving growth
PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who’s media-obsessed, social-native, and an exceptional writer — with the business mindset to turn communication into growth.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Highly entrepreneurial, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
- Are a native French speaker (strongly preferred) and French is mandatory
- Have excellent English (written and spoken) to collaborate in an international environment
- Have outstanding copywriting skills (hooks, captions, scripts, storytelling, brand voice)
- Are deeply fluent in social media culture and know how to make content perform (without chasing fluff)
- Have strong editorial instincts and can build a real media strategy across Podcast + YouTube + Social
- Can run campaigns end-to-end: concept → message → creative direction → execution → iteration
- Have experience with (or a strong appetite for) influencer/affiliate strategy and relationship building
- Are genuinely numbers-savvy: you’re comfortable with KPIs, performance analysis, and understanding what drives revenue in a business
- Think like an owner: you connect communication actions to growth, and you know how to measure and improve impact over time
- Are organized, fast, and reliable — you ship consistently and communicate clearly
