Role Description

Reporting to the Production team, the Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from development to final delivery, across collections and special projects.

The role ensures that all productions are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards, while remaining fully aligned with the brand’s creative vision.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the full production cycle, from development and sampling to bulk production and delivery.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain detailed and accurate production tech packs in close collaboration with the design team.
  • Define and validate artwork placement and sizing on garments, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Build and monitor production timelines to guarantee on-time delivery.
  • Manage daily communication and follow-up with suppliers, factories, and agents worldwide.
  • Identify, anticipate, and resolve production and quality issues throughout the process.
  • Oversee and control production budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Source and develop new factories and suppliers according to project needs (budget, territory, client, product type).
  • Manage trims, trim packs, care labels, and packaging, ensuring consistency across all projects.
  • Work closely with design, sales, and internal teams to align production with creative and commercial objectives.
  • Support and improve sustainable production practices.
  • Provide regular production updates and reports to senior management.
  • Undertake occasional business trips for factory visits and supplier meetings.
Profile Description

We are looking for a Production Manager based in Paris, who combines technical expertise, operational rigor, and strong interpersonal skills. You are comfortable managing complex production workflows, collaborating with international partners, and supporting creative teams, while consistently delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience in fashion production, product development, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes
  • Solid experience creating and managing tech packs, materials, and finishing details
  • Hands‑on experience working with international suppliers and factories
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑focused
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Awareness of and interest in sustainable production practices
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
