We're a Czech company leading in solar energy in Europe and Latin America. Our power plants operate successfully in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Cyprus, Romania, and Chile. We are headquartered in Prague and Santiago, but our company is rapidly expanding, with employees in Greece, France, Serbia, Spain, Romania, and Colombia.

As our Project Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the development of photovoltaic projects from A to Z – from early-stage identification to ready-to-build status.

Your mission will include:

• Supporting the identification and evaluation of new project opportunities.
• Managing permitting processes and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinating with local stakeholders, authorities, and landowners.
• Working closely with legal, engineering, and finance teams.
• Monitoring project timelines and reporting on development progress.
• Supporting the negotiation of land lease agreements and partnerships.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in project development – ideally in renewable energy or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of French permitting procedures and local administrative processes.
• Fluency in French and English (Spanish is a plus).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive approach, attention to detail, and a “can-do” mindset.
• Ability to work independently while being part of an international team.
