Localisation:Fully remote and home-based
Entrepreneurial business developer with Packaging & Logistics Expertise
- As a key member of the business development team, you will drive growth by seizing new opportunities and delivering high-value packaging solutions across sectors such as retail, logistics, pooling, e-commerce, pharma or defence in Europe
- Be a trusted partner by developing tailored packaging that solves logistics challenges and improves profitability.
- Manage the full sales process: initiating contacts, analysing client needs, developing proposals, and negotiating when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to develop custom-designed returnable packaging solutions.
- Coordinate activities with the technical/commercial back office in Poland and Germany to ensure efficient project management.
- Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at key industry events and trade fairs.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (or equivalent experience).
- Industrial packaging expert with a proven track record in driving sales growth across one or more of following segments: retail, logistics, pooling, ecommerce, pharma, defence. Knowledge of Large Foldable containers is required.
- Results-oriented sales expert with a customer-first approach and entrepreneurial drive.
- Strong consultative approach with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Skilled in project management and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Collaborative mindset with integrity, engagement, and a positive attitude.
- Autonomous and well-organized, with strong time management skills.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
