Job Summary
As a Vice President in the EMEA Corporate Sales team, you will play a crucial role in providing Treasury & Cash Management solutions to our global MidCorporate clients. Your main responsibilities will include managing and developing a client/prospect portfolio with a significant focus on acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities. This role is based in Paris.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of MidCorporate clients, focusing on companies with revenues of $500 million and above. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new Payments business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification, and solution positioning.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to proactively provide integrated Payments solutions within a consultative, client-driven framework.
- Lead business process reviews aligned with key client sales opportunities, engaging industry solutions specialists for complex reviews.
- Raise new solution ideas, partnering with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in product development.
- Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor and enhance profitability of all relationships.
- Prospect, pitch, and deliver Payments solutions for both public and private companies, overseeing the entire sales cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and legal to negotiate deals and manage the sales pipeline.
- Maintain open, clear communication with stakeholders, including bankers, product partners, and client service teams locally and overseas.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Proven track record in Payments sales, managing complex client transactions.
- Successful experience selling to and managing relationships with large/complex organizations.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs, with a history of building relationships with senior executives across EMEA, US, APAC, and LATAM.
- Knowledge and experience working with corporates and establishing networks.
- Ability to influence senior decision-makers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and marketing skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage processes efficiently.
- Outstanding ethics, integrity, and judgment.
- Fluent in French and English.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with HQ clients is preferred; HQ subsidiary experience is also considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred or extensive successful experience in a similar role.
