Job summary

Liebherr Group recherche un Sales Manager pour les produits technologiques dans le secteur des équipements miniers. Le candidat sera responsable de la gestion globale des ventes, de la formation des équipes et de l'établissement de bonnes relations avec les parties prenantes. Job description

The MIN Sales Manager “Technology Products” has an executive and global responsibility for the Sales of provided “Technology Products” for all Liebherr Mining Products (excavators, trucks and dozers) and Fleet Management System / Autonomy Haulage Solution. He / She executes operational duties in the global sales business between factories and affiliates / dealers, and in countries without Liebherr Mining representation also directly towards end customers.

He / She also provides the input from the market to establish sales budget and ensures that factories have a clear understanding about required lead times, receives information related to product development and understands what kind of support the affiliates / dealers do require.

To ensure high quality of the global Liebherr Mining Sales Business, he / she is further responsible to establish, implement and survey the principles of the Liebherr Mining Sales & Marketing Excellence.

He / She should have a clear focus to support affiliates / dealers in order to continuously improve the organization and expand the business in the different markets

Missions

  • Survey the operational Sales Business of “Technology Products” in a co-operative approach across the factories, affiliates and dealers, and where applicable also directly with customers.
  • Build an environment of good understanding and trust with Key Stakeholders in Sales at Affiliates and Dealers.
  • With MIN Sales & MIN Service : establish sales synergies for first fist and retrofit
  • With MIN Training : Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their objectives (product and methods)
  • With MIN CRM : Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback. Generate opportunities and reporting.
  • With MIN Application : Develop the field sales approach and adapt the best practices to promote the technology products.
  • With Engineering : identify the dedicated products and their status – follow the respective developments with the dedicated project managers.
  • With Marketing : establish promotion plans and related material + dedicated budget
  • Assist Product Management with inputs on the product road map.
  • Assist Product Management with inputs on the Business Model
  • Own the business case of each individual Technology Products to be presented to the Technology Products Steering Committee.

Profil

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or in a related technical area (i.e., Mechanical Engineering or Mining Engineering)
  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales of Technology Products and / or Mining Equipment
  • Possess good leadership skills.
  • Excellent diplomatic skills in cross cultural environment.
  • Well organized to work based on targets and KPIs.
  • Displays strategic thinking by analyzes of markets and competition; identifies threats and opportunities; and adapts sales activities to changing conditions.
  • Ability to understand the technology and application of mining machinery and related equipment.
