Position Overview

Video Editor - E-commerce Creative

We're looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our team creating high-performing direct-response video content for e-commerce brands. You'll work closely with our Creative Strategist to transform concepts into compelling video ads that drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing

• Edit video content for e-commerce brands, collaborating closely with the Creative Strategist
• Bring creative concepts and ideas to life through engaging video production
• Deliver 1-2 polished video concepts per day with quick turnaround times
• Create direct-response video content optimized for performance across digital platforms

Project Management & Collaboration

• Use tools like Airtable and Notion to collaborate effectively and manage project workflows
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and clients throughout the production process
• Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience editing short-form video content with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to create original video content and ad creatives from concept to completion
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific video requirements
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics and animation
• Knowledge of color grading and audio editing
• Understanding of video marketing and conversion optimization
