The Position:
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our
Trading team.
Your key responsibilities:
Providing feedback from existing customer requests to Product.
Guide customers from the point of purchase, leading user onboarding processes and ensuring they get maximum value from Isotrol products.
Build, maintain and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals and how Isotrol products can help them achieve them.
Follow up on assigned accounts, acting as an expert advisor on Isotrol products to help maximise adoption and encourage retention
Collect and internally pass on user feedback for consideration in the evolution of Isotrol's products
Identify new opportunities for product extension by coordinating closely with sales teams
Analyse product usage to identify required actions and Success Stories. Act as the voice of the customer at Isotrol, conveying satisfaction levels as well as identified risks and opportunities.
Functional reference with extensive knowledge of the business of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.
Your skills and experience:
Good communication skills in English and/or other languages (High level of English-B2)Engineering degree preferred.Work experience in electrical trading teams
