We are a Danish-owned real estate group with offices in Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca and Dubai specializing in new build properties and representing Europe’s leading developers.

This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced and motivated real estate professional who wants to focus on sales, not paperwork, supported by a strong internal team that manages marketing, administration and legal processes.

• We invest over €10,000 in marketing per agent from day one and ongoing.
• Receive qualified pre-booked online meetings from our in-house Telemarketing team.
• Commission structure from 32.5% up to 65%.
• Average agent earnings : / month; top performers exceed 18,000 / month.
• Full back‑office support: marketing, CRM, admin and legal assistance.
• Professional office environment with an internationally motivated team.
• Over 8 years of strong reputation built on transparency and results.

• Guide international clients through the full property‑buying process.
• Conduct online and in‑person viewings of new developments.
• Negotiate and close property sales with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.

• Fluent in German, French or Polish plus strong English.
• Minimum 1 year of real estate or proven sales experience.
• Based in the Costa del Sol.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Self‑motivated, organized and professional.
