A dynamic HR consulting firm is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst in Barcelona. This role involves collecting and analyzing HR data for reports and improvements in compensation strategies. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. The position offers a salary of up to €70,000 per year with hybrid working options.

Collect Compensation & Reward HR data in Multiple formats convert into workable data
Drive data-informed improvements in Rewards and HR Operations through Lean methodology
Support the rollout of our Global Job Architecture initiative across regions
Deliver competitive compensation strategies via regular market benchmarking
Compensation cycles merit reviews pay and budgeting
Launch regional benefits programs that are both cost-effective and employee-centric
Measure rewards program impact using feedback and performance metrics
Design develop and create reporting analytics
Strong Data management from Multiple various systems and sources.
Create standard ad hoc queries and reports to produce data summaries analyses and dashboards for strategic planning and decision-making.
Strengthen governance regulatory procedural compliance
At least 35 years exp in C&B HR analytics at Large multinational firm.
Process analyze various data sets for consolidation and standard reporting across all global regions.
Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field
Skills with Power BI is a plus
