A BPO services provider in Madrid is seeking enthusiastic Customer Support Agents to assist Turkish-speaking customers. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via various channels, ensuring high-quality service, and collaborating with internal teams. Strong communication skills and fluent Turkish are essential. Ideal candidates may have prior customer service experience, but it is not mandatory.

Role Overview

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Support Agents to join our growing team and support our operations for the Turkish market. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Turkish-speaking customers — handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat — while ensuring every customer receives a high-quality and satisfying service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer support to Turkish-speaking clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or elevate when necessary.
  • Record all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Represent FEDCEL GROUP, S.L. with integrity, empathy, and dedication in every interaction.
Requirements
  • Fluent Turkish (native level) and good command of English (working proficiency).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability, patience, and professionalism.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems, or similar tools).
  • Prior experience in customer service, support, or call centers is an asset but not required.
