Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in lab environments, preferably within R&D or Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with lab systems and workflows.
- Proficient in Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese or French is a plus.

- Participate in the design, implementation, and validation of IT systems in labs (e.g., LIMS, ELN, CDS)
- Drive process improvements and system integrations to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including GxP standards
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience: Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in lab environments, preferably within R&D or Manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with lab systems and workflows, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and instrument software
- Strong understanding of industrial activities in life sciences and GxP procedures
- Experience with Jira Software for demand and project management
- Agile & Scrum certifications (preferred)
- Proficiency in Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese or French is a plus
- Technical and functional expertise in the relevant business areas
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder communication skills
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations
