A leading FMCG marketing firm is seeking a Country Manager for Spain to take full ownership of the market and drive commercial growth. This senior role involves direct collaboration with founders to scale operations, execute market strategies, and lead negotiations with key FMCG brands. Successful candidates will have extensive experience in business development within the FMCG sector, along with fluency in Spanish and strong English skills. The role offers flexible remote work options within Spain.

- Act as the country owner for Spain and shape growth strategy.

- Identify and execute commercial opportunities across FMCG sectors.
- Lead senior-level negotiations with FMCG brands and agencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Build and lead a local commercial team over time.
