A leading property management solutions provider is seeking a PMS Property Management Systems Lead to implement Property Management and Central Reservation Systems for hotels. This remote role requires fluency in English and Spanish, along with significant hotel management experience. The position involves managing training for on-property teams and working closely with hotel leadership to ensure successful implementation. Candidates should have a college degree or equivalent experience and familiarity with Hyatt systems is preferred.

Formación

• Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of experience in hotel management operations.
• Ability to manage global collaboration with hotels and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Interact effectively with corporate and regional offices to manage implementation schedules.
• Create and manage project training and deployment schedules.
• Coordinate deployment schedules with hotel leadership.
• Maintain training materials for deployment teams.
• Execute training to guide on-property teams on applications.

Conocimientos

Diverse Hotel Management Experience in Operations

Fluency in English and Spanish

Experience with Hyatt Systems
