A progressive music PR agency is seeking a passionate A&R Sales Executive. This remote role offers uncapped commission and requires 2+ years of sales experience. You will scout emerging talent and manage relationships, helping artists grow without giving up their rights. The position offers flexibility and a supportive team culture.
Contract : Self-employed, commission-based
Pay : £2,500–£5,500+ per month (typical for reps who consistently hit targets; uncapped commission)
