Senior Product Designer – Remote in Spain. OLX Group is building a more sustainable world through trade. We aim to make it safe, smart, and convenient to buy and sell cars, find housing, get jobs, and more. Our design team is transforming how we build products at OLX Group. This position is based in Spain (you must be based and eligible to work in Spain). Full remote working in Spain is possible.

Our design team is committed to solving real problems for millions of customers. We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design team. You will own the design part of our Jobs category, collaborating with technology and product teams to bring key initiatives to life.

You will co-own and co-shape the product roadmap for our digital products and work with designers, engineers, product managers, and design operations specialists. We value robust problem-solving, strong communication, and a passion for improving workflows with modern technologies in a fast-paced, large-scale environment.

• Be involved in the end-to-end design, development, and implementation process by translating customer problems into solutions, designing from workflow and interactions to high-fidelity visual designs. Absorb multiple sources of feedback, explore hypotheses, and drive decisions to ensure the best product experience.
• Use strong analytical thinking to interpret data, validate design choices, and support decisions with evidence throughout the process.
• Shape the user experience across the product lifecycle and manage collaboration with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop and implement a high-quality product experience in all stages of product development.
• Co-own and co-drive the delivery phase of the product with Engineering and Product partners.
• Serve as a craft mentor for junior and mid-level designers.
• Represent the Product Design & Research team in design discussions and workshops, providing feedback in planning and product channels.

• Comprehensive understanding and practice of applied user-centered design methodologies, including problem framing, hypothesis definition, ideation, testing, and design handover to implementation, plus user research.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work with data, validate assumptions, and guide solutions through evidence-based decision-making. A goal-driven mindset with a track record of design work aligned to business metrics and strategic objectives.
• Attention to detail, with strong end-to-end case studies illustrating solving customer problems.
• Active contribution to the design system, co-defining reusable design patterns and ways of working across the organization.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and peers; ability to manage expectations and resolve complex cases.
• Strong storytelling and written/spoken communication to explain ideas clearly. Fluent English is required.
• Fast-paced and flexible work style, able to iterate quickly with quality outcomes and user validation.
• Self-starter who takes initiative, is eager to grow, and thrives in a dynamic, autonomous environment with a can-do attitude.
